Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Tags must be intact, and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted under any circumstances.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@threadandyou.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address depending on the dispatch location. Do not send any items back without contacting us first, as they will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will assess the issue promptly and take necessary action to make it right.
For exchanges, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been accepted. This ensures you get the item you want without delay.
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in unused condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 48 working hours. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take some additional time to process and post the refund.
