WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF REGISTERING?         

If you create an account, you can store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders directly in your personal area and save your details so you can shop even more effortlessly.

ONLINE ORDERS

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?         

We can only cancel orders that haven't been shipped yet. Once you've placed an order, you can no longer add or remove items. You cannot cancel your order once it's been dispatched. However, with our free return service, you can easily return most products for a full refund within 60 days from the date of receipt.

WHICH CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?         

The currency you will be charged in will be displayed on the product page and in your shopping bag. 

ARE ONLINE PAYMENTS SECURE?        

We take the utmost care to make our site secure. All credit and debit card transactions are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). We process the personal data required to complete your purchase. After that, all payment information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of your card information by our store and service providers.         

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS ON ITEMS OR LOCATIONS?  

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Due to local shipping restrictions, we may be unable to ship certain items to your location. 

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Please check the order details carefully before completing your purchase. Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to change the shipping address. If you need to modify your shipping address, please get in touch with us as quickly as possible after placing your order at Threadandyou@gmail.com

If the order is already on its way to you, we cannot make any changes, but we can assist you in contacting the courier.    

WHICH ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?         

Made to Measure shirts and monogrammed items are non-refundable.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unwashed and unaltered, ensuring any accessories and documents you received with your order are included.

GIFTS

DO YOU OFFER GIFT PACKAGING?        

To receive complimentary gift packaging, please get in touch with our Customer Service team at Threadandyou@gmail.com, including your order number and any personal message you may wish to add.

Please contact us immediately after placing the order to ensure that your gift packaging request can be accommodated.

IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL COST FOR GIFT PACKAGING?

There are no additional costs for gift packaging.

I LOST MY GIFT CARD OR E-VOUCHER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have lost your gift card or e-voucher, please contact Customer Service for further assistance.
